A Block Hero block is either Enabled or Disabled. New blocks start as Enabled. When a block is Disabled, shoppers don’t see it, whatever its schedules say. Its schedules and content are kept. In the theme editor, the block shows a message saying it’s disabled, so you know why it’s empty.
Theme sections can’t be turned off this way. Their schedules always apply. To stop Block Hero changing a section, see Disconnect a theme section.

Open the block's menu

Go to Scheduler. On the block’s row, click the … menu on the right.

Choose Disable block or Enable block

Choose Disable block to turn it off, or Enable block to turn it back on. The change saves straight away.

Change Status

Open the block. In the Status card on the right, choose Disabled or Enabled.

Save

Click Save.
The badge next to the block’s name shows Enabled or Disabled.
To hide one piece of content rather than the whole block, give it an end date, or on Image Banner and Media Banner blocks set its Status to Inactive. See Statuses.
